Since graduating from University of Miami’s Masters in Counseling & Therapy program, I’ve worked closely with individuals and couples helping them identify and overcome life’s obstacles to set a path of presence, growth, and fulfillment.
I take a person-first approach, meaning our struggles - ie depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction - are experiences we have, they are not us. Taking these afflictions out of the driver’s seat and handing the wheel back to the client or the couple is part of the work. Contact me, commit to the process.
